Prices and payments

Each item is listed with a price including VAT and in Swedish kronor. You will see the total amount to pay at checkout. We ship within Sweden, to the EU and abroad. We reserve the right to change prices. You must be over 18 years old to order from us.

For deliveries within Sweden, no shipping fee is charged for orders over SEK 500, otherwise it currently costs SEK 49.

When ordering outside the European Union the VAT is automatically excluded. Shipping price for EU and international customers is normally 89 SEK. We ship by the Swedish company Postnord postal service. The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes and/or duty fee charges generated by the importing regulations. Depending on your country, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import the ingredients that are listed in our products, according to the cosmetic regulations in your country. We will not be responsible for non-delivered packets held at customs.

Payment is made with Klarna Checkout, with invoice, Swish or credit card.
When paying by card, we never take part of your card number, as it is handled in the most secure way possible for you as a customer through the card companies.

You fill in your information and it is Klarna that approves your purchase. The invoice with Klarna is activated when the package is sent from Grön Lycka Cosmetics AB. Klarna sends you the invoice according to what you entered in your customer details to Klarna.

In the event of late payment, Klarna will send out a reminder, and you will be charged a fee according to current law.

If you choose to make a return, you must first pay the invoice to Klarna. When we have received your goods back, we will make a refund to you. Read more about returns below. If you have questions about your invoice, you should always contact KLARNA.


All the orders will be prepared and shipped as fast as we can. We usually send your order within 1-2 business days after order if the items are in stock. Otherwise we will contact you by e-mail.

Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 working days. In normal conditions, regular parcels will take 5-6 days within Europe and 10-14 days for the rest of the world to reach its final destination. We are not able to offer you tracking numbers for international parcels.

We reserve ourselves for the final sale of a product. If the item is not in stock, we will get back to you with an estimated delivery time by e-mail.

Force Majeure

Grön Lycka is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that we could not overcome including but not limited to war, natural disaster, power failure, technical issues, fire, strike, changed government regulations. These circumstances shall discharge Grön Lycka from its obligations and will not incur sanctions for its non-performance of a given obligation.

If such a situation occurs, we will inform you at the beginning and at the end of the current situation. If a Force Majeure condition persists for more than two months, both you and Grön Lycka have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

Returns,  exchanges and  complaints

For packages that are not picked up, a fee for unclaimed packages of SEK 200 is charged to cover our costs at Postnord and our own administration costs. Shipments in Sweden with a postal code only remain at the delivery point for 6 days. Then they go back. If you have not collected your item within 6 days, you will be liable for the return shipping.

ATTENTION! If you have selected invoice as a payment option in the web shop and do not pick up your package, the requirement remains with Klarna. If you do not pick up your package, you must still pay the invoice to Klarna. If we have received your goods in return, we will contact you to make a refund. Reminder fees are non-refundable. If you have questions about your invoice, you should always contact KLARNA.

As a customer, you have full right of return on ordered goods within 14 days of receiving the goods. A very important condition must be met for the right of cancellation/return to apply. The item must be unused, in perfect condition and in unbroken packaging. Opened or used make-up, skin care and hygiene products are not accepted for hygienic reasons. In this way, we can guarantee that all our customers buy an untouched and fresh product. Send the item back in the same packaging it was received in. You pay the return postage yourself.

For exchanges or refunds, you must always contact customer service. The return is only approved after the product has been checked and inspected by our staff. The money is then paid back within 30 days upon return. If you have selected invoice as a payment option in the web shop and choose to make a return, you must pay the invoice to Klarna. You will be responsible for the return shipping yourself. We can only accept returns that are sent to our delivery address, see below. We reserve the right to refuse returns of special orders or non-standard assortments. You can choose whether you want a refund or another item in exchange.

In the event of a complaint, you must contact our customer service before returning the item. In order for us to be able to replace a complaint, at least half of the contents must remain, and that you complain within 14 days of receiving the item. Furthermore, a product can only be claimed in the event of a manufacturing fault. You pay the cost of return to us yourself. If the wrong item has been sent, we are of course responsible for the return shipping. As soon as the staff has analyzed the product and found the fault, the money for the return postage will be refunded and a new faultless product will be sent free of charge as requested. If the shipment is damaged, the distributor of the package/letter should be contacted. Complaints must be returned to the address below, or sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery.

Privacy Policy

When you place your order and register an account on our website and when you fill in your personal details and e-mail addresses, you agree that we store and use these to fulfill the order towards you and provide you with the best service. We do not wish to receive personal data from minors under 18 years of age.

Grön Lycka protects your personal privacy and will not disclose or sell your personal information to any other third party. No personal data is stored for longer than is necessary. You can delete your account yourself or contact us and we will delete your account for you.

Grön Lycka uses your personal information in order to identify you as a user and to be able to deliver ordered products. For this purpose, your information will be stored and processed and, if necessary, presented to a payment partner or supplier who needs the information in order to fulfill their obligations to you as a customer. Your social security number will also be processed in connection with purchases where this is needed for credit information purposes.

We may also use the data for marketing purposes and for internal statistics. We may share the information with its service providers and when required by law, government regulations, court decisions or similar.

You have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data and the purposes of the processing. You also have the right to request the correction of incorrect personal data or to have your personal data deleted.
