Sodium Cocoate

Sodium cocoate is formed during the saponification of coconut oil.

The fatty acids naturally found in coconut oil are mixed with sodium hydroxide also known as lye. This chemical process forms sodium cocoate (soap) and glycerin.

Coconut oil has a high nutritional value and contains both vitamins and minerals, as well as antioxidants and fatty acids. Known for its antiseptic and antibacterial properties.
